But in places like the Philippines the procedure alone will cost a $1,000. As the service is so cheap there are many tour companies that offer a medical services package. They are able do this because they can negotiate discounts with clinics in the capital and have an affordable package inclusive of the cost of surgery, airfares and hotel rates. This can be easily researched online as there are many companies out there wanting to do trade with people who want plastic surgery plus have a restful holiday and look really thin when they come back.

you don’t choose very cheap. Choose only the best no matter what the cost. If you choose someone really cheap it could be risky and also life threatening and you really do not want a disability purely for the sake of vanity.
